Is the treatment painful?
MSP is a micro-needling treatment, so it’s possible to feel some occasional discomfort. We can provide anaesthetic cream for those who do find the process uncomfortable or who are particularly sensitive.
How long will my session take?
Sessions usually take 3 – 4 hours to complete, but the duration is dependent on each individual case and the coverage which is required.
How many sessions will I need?
A total of three sessions are generally required to complete treatment, with a minimum of days between each sitting.
How much downtime do I need after the treatment?
None. The scalp may show some visible redness for around 24 hours, but a cap can be worn immediately after the treatment to protect your scalp and hide any visible discolouration.
What happens if the pigment starts to fade?
